The calendar: when the purchase order must arrive
If the artwork is approved and payment arrives today (Thursday 15 October), a run of up to about 600 pieces is delivered in the UAE by Friday 6 November at the latest: 14 working days and two courier days, UAE public holidays skipped.

The rule: the delivery day, minus two courier days, minus 14 working days (Monday to Friday; UAE public holidays are not working days). A purchase order received after the date is re-dated: delivery before the occasion is no longer promised.
Questions companies ask
How long does a company run take?
Production takes 10–14 working days from approval of the artwork and receipt of payment, for runs up to about 600 pieces; a larger run is quoted with its own date. Delivery inside the UAE adds 2 courier days. The delivery date is confirmed in writing when payment is received.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum: a single piece is bought on the store. Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces of the same piece and size, and the written quotation states the price at your quantity.
What artwork do you need?
A logo as a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF); a JPEG or PNG is redrawn before it can be cut or engraved. Names come as a list, one per line, and the spelling is confirmed in writing before anything is cut or printed. You see the artwork within 48 hours of the purchase order, composed in the Studio.
How are we quoted and invoiced?
You receive a numbered quotation (MQ-Q-…) with its validity date, the price per piece at your quantity and the delivery date. On payment, 1click2open LLC issues a commercial invoice — not a tax invoice, because the company is not registered for VAT and no VAT is charged.
How is payment made?
In full in advance: by bank transfer against your purchase order, or by a card payment link. Production starts on receipt of payment. No cash or cheque.
How is it delivered?
To one address in the UAE for one flat fee per order: AED 25 for décor, AED 50 for wall art. Several addresses, and delivery abroad, are quoted.
Can pieces be returned?
Pieces are made to order and are not returned for a change of mind. A piece that arrives damaged is replaced: send a photo on receipt.
