A pen that behaves like a reed
Pull down and the stroke thickens; move sideways and it thins, just like a cut reed. Use a mouse, your finger or an Apple Pencil.
Letters measured in dots
A calligrapher measures every letter in dots of the pen that writes it. The alif stands three dots tall in Ruq’ah and seven in Thuluth. We measure yours after every try.
Forty lessons for each script
You start with the pen and a single dot. Then letters, joined letters, words, and finally whole lines copied from a master calligrapher.
A film for every lesson
Every lesson of the Naskh path has its own narrated film, in English and in Arabic: the letters of the lesson, the measure, and each of the four steps as it looks. The films of level 1 are free; the other scripts follow.
Your sheet, read by the camera
Write the alif on paper, set its dots beside it and show the sheet to the camera. It counts the dots and tells you the first thing a teacher would say. It runs on your own device. Nothing is recorded or sent.
It remembers your weak letters
Open your course and it shows the next lesson and the three letters you scored lowest on, so you practise what needs it.
A real calligrapher, when you want one
Smart Coach includes one level exam a year, marked by a calligrapher. The Calligrapher plan adds a monthly class and written corrections.

Questions
Why is yearly the default?
Calligraphy takes months of steady practice, not a weekend. Smart costs AED 120 for the year instead of AED 180 paid monthly, and a year is about how long it takes to see your hand really change.
Does AI write the calligraphy?
No. Every model letter comes from real typefaces and from a calligrapher’s own work. The software only measures what you write, on the screen and on your own sheet.
How do I get my plan after paying?
Stripe brings you back to a welcome page that shows your code. Keep it. With the code and the email you paid with, you can open your plan on another phone or computer from the same page.
What do I pay at checkout?
Exactly the price shown, in UAE dirhams. Nothing is added at checkout. MASHQ is a brand of 1click2open LLC, registered in Sharjah.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like. Send us a message on WhatsApp and we cancel it; your plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for.
