- Made to order in our own UAE workshop — 5–7 working days in production before it ships.تُنفَّذ حسب الطلب في ورشتنا بالإمارات — 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل قبل الشحن.
- Delivery is charged separately. Outside the UAE: a flat AED 250 per order — Worldwide Express, delivered within 8 days by tracked courier, wherever you are.خارج الإمارات: 250 درهمًا ثابتة للطلب — شحن سريع عالمي يصل خلال 8 أيام عبر ناقل مُتتبَّع.
Inside the UAE: AED 50 per order, whatever the quantity.داخل الإمارات: 50 درهمًا للطلب مهما كانت الكمية. - Not returnable. It is printed for you and cannot be resold — so check the size before you order. If it arrives damaged, send a photo within 24 hours and we replace it or refund you.غير قابلة للإرجاع لأنها تُطبع خصيصًا لك — تأكّد من المقاس قبل الطلب. وإن وصلت تالفة، أرسل صورة خلال 24 ساعة ونستبدلها أو نعيد المبلغ.

How big is that, really? · ما حجمها فعلًا؟
Centimetres on a screen mean nothing. These two comparisons are exact, not approximate: A3 is two sheets of A4 side by side (29.7 × 42 cm), and A2 is two sheets of A3 (42 × 59.4 cm). A2 is the one that reads from across a room; A3 sits well above a desk or in a hallway.
The only test that has never been wrong: stand where it will hang, mark the four corners with masking tape, and live with it for an evening. Held against the wall, a phone is roughly a third of A3's long side and a quarter of A2's.

What arrives · ماذا يصلك
- Frameless — the canvas rolled in a rigid tube, unmounted, for your own framer.بلا إطار — الكانفاس ملفوف في أنبوب صلب، دون شدّ، لمؤطّرك أنت.
- Framed — stretched over a bar and framed by hand here, with the fixings, ready to hang out of the box.مؤطّرة — مشدودة على إطار خشبي ومؤطّرة يدويًا عندنا، مع أدوات التعليق، جاهزة فور فتح الصندوق.
- Nothing is printed until you approve it. We send the layout back with the spelling set as you wrote it, and wait.لا يُطبع شيء قبل موافقتك — نعيد إليك التصميم بالإملاء كما كتبته، وننتظر.
- Made to order, so nothing is “in stock”. Every piece here is printed after you order it; the 5–7 working days are the making, not a queue.تُصنع حسب الطلب، فلا يوجد «مخزون». كل قطعة تُطبع بعد طلبها، والأيام الخمسة إلى السبعة هي زمن التنفيذ لا زمن الانتظار.
